This is the quest you need to make runes. Quest is a very
easy and fast to make.
To start: Talk to the "Duke of Lumbridge, upstairs in
Lumbridge Castle.

What items need: None!
Recommended Items: Runes to teleport Varrok.
Recommended Skill: 25 Magic to teleport Varrok.
Map Legend: 1 - Duke Horacio, 2 - Sedridor, 3 - Aubury
Beginning ...
To begin, go to Lumbridge Castle. One quick way to go to
Lumbridge is using the "Teleport Home." Once in the castle,
find the stairs and climbed. In one of the caurtos must be
"Duke Horacio." Talk to him and ask him if you have any
quest to give you. He'll be counted on a "talisman of breath
that you found. Accept his quest and will give you the
talisman of air and you're going to ask that you take the "Head
Wizard" in the Wizard's Tower.
Sedridor
Go to the Wizards Tower, if you know where it is Look at the
map I put, is where the number 2. Once you hit enter, go to
the room with a ladder, and low. When you came down looking
for "Sedridor." Talk to him and tell him you are looking for
the "Head Wizard." He'll say that he is and will take the
